Carol Johnson has been trying to run away from home, work and the voices in her head for years. Stand-up is the perfect place to hide. She has performed at Comic Strip Live NYC with Mark Normand and Michael Rapaport, Laughing Buddha Comedy Showcase with Janeane Garofalo, The Comedy Store La Jolla with Jimmy Shin and Pretty Funny Women, National Lampoon the yellow door, Flappers Comedy Club, Tao Comedy Studio, Mic Drop Comedy to name a few. Recent highlights include opening for Andy Bumatai at Stand Up Honolulu and six Kenan Presents The Live Performance Showcases. She co-produces shows in San Diego and has performed in comedy festivals across the US. Her one woman show I’m Free Range premiered at SOLOCOMNYC2023 and her new MOM! WTF!! premiered at the San Diego International Fringe Festival in May and  can be seen in NYC at the United Solo Festival on October 14!
